CREATION WORKSHOP Fall 2024

The workshop offers dancers a unique opportunity to delve deep into the physical practice and creative process of Sharon Eyal. Participants will engage in daily sessions led by long-time dancers of Sharon Eyal Dance Company, alongside working with Sharon Eyal on a daily basis.

  • Dates: November 19-23, 2024 (5 days)

  • Hours:

November 19, 21, 22: 12:00 - 19:00
November 20: 12:00 - 18:00
November 23: 10:00 - 17:00

  • Location: Studio MayB in Micadanses in Paris, France.

  • Who Should Attend: Pre-professional and professional dancers, aged 16 and above.

  • Fees: 
    Early Bird (until October 1, 2024): 615€
    Full Fee (from October 2, 2024): 690€
    Fees are determined by the date of registration (until October 1st - early bird fee / from October 2nd - full fee).
    Fees are including VAT/TVA. Receipts will be sent up to 3 days after payment has been done.

Important Information

  1. The workshop has a limited number of spots and will only proceed if there is sufficient enrollment.

  2. Payment must be completed within 3 days of the payment opening. Unpaid spots will not be reserved.

  3. Participants are responsible for securing their own health insurance that covers medical care in France.

  4. The company reserves the right to change the schedule without prior notice.

  5. The company may cancel a participant's registration if they do not meet the workshop's professional level.

Cancelation Policy


If your spot is reserved and needs to be canceled, please notify us as soon as possible. 

  • Cancellation before October 20: If a refund is issued, the participant will receive 90% of the paid fee.

  • Cancellation by October 20: 75% refund of the paid fee.

  • Cancellation between October 21 and November 4: 50% refund of the paid fee.

  • Cancellation after November 5, 2024:

    • If your spot can be replaced (with at least one week’s notice), you will receive a 25% refund.

    • If your spot cannot be replaced, unfortunately no refund will be given.

Scholarship Opportunity

We are pleased to offer scholarships for this workshop, intended to support dancers who demonstrate both financial need and exceptional professional potential. The scholarship recipients will receive up to a full tuition waiver and, in exchange, will assist with registration and studio arrangements for one hour each day.

Application Requirements:

  1. Workshop Registration: Applicants must first register for the workshop.

  2. Letter of Motivation: Submit a letter (up to one page, PDF format) explaining your financial need, passion for dance, and how this workshop aligns with your professional goals.

  3. Improvisation Video: Provide a new 2-minute video introducing yourself showcasing your improvisation skills (YouTube or Vimeo link only).
